Noah Nemhara has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Goodfish Lake Business Corporation (GFLBC) since February 2014. A seasoned business executive and finance leader, Noah brings over two decades of extensive experience in financial management, corporate strategy, governance, board reporting, and enterprise information systems.
In his role as CFO, Noah oversees the corporation’s full spectrum of financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, budgeting, corporate finance, IT, and shareholder relations. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened financial controls, improved reporting transparency, and advanced key strategic initiatives. He also played a pivotal role as Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2019 to January 2020, successfully guiding the organization through a critical leadership transition.
Noah holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Analytics from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Mathematics. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) through AFOA Canada. His dedication to continuous professional development is demonstrated by additional executive certifications from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (Corporate Strategic Thinking & Management), the London School of Economics and Political Science, and SAP AG Germany, where he earned designation as a Certified SAP Financials Consultant.
Before joining GFLBC, Noah held progressive finance and leadership roles in several industries, including automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology. His past employers include The Dixie Auto Group, Magick Woods Limited, Gourmet Baker Inc., and Konica Minolta in Ontario.
Noah is recognized for his integrity, strategic foresight, and results-driven leadership. He continues to be a strong advocate for economic development and financial sustainability.
