Edcon’s newly constructed 18000sq-ft office and maintenance shop located at the gateway to the northeast SAGD corridor allows Edcon Power Tongs to provide dedicated uniterrupted service to our customers by having available: 

  • 50 power tong trucks and operators stationed in Lac La Biche, Bonnyville and St. Paul
  • 3 Additional power tong trucks stationed in central Alberta
  • 13 Volant Casing Running Tools
  • 10 Computer Torque Monitoring Technicians
  • 4 x 3 Man Thread Washing Crews

  • Substantial tubular running equipment for 2″ to 20″

Edcon can dedicate all required manpower, tools, and handling equipment in accordance with client expectations and requirments. We believe our close proximity to the northeast SAGD project areas gives us a service advantage when it comes to unforeseen manpower, maintenance or repair issues. Our fleet size and substantial equipment inventory will ensure our client’s needs are always met.
